How to return an item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days from the date the item was delivered.

1. Please email returns@reableme.co.uk to request a refund stating the nature of the request.

2. You will receive an email giving the return address, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt or email confirmation.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.  Items which have been custom made to suit your requirements will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking fee

Occasionally items may be subject to a restocking fee, this will be confirmed with you and deducted from your refund where necessary. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or type. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
